Just about a year ago, a posting appeared here (See below) regarding the fact that the updated Bellingham fireworks ordinance, approved by City Council in June, 2014, was not the go into effect for New Years until this year. A recent piece by Richard Conoboy in the North West Citizen, (http://www.nwcitizen.com/entry/new-years-eve-and-fireworks-ban-in-effect) is certainly worth reading.
